Diving Awards

The ASA Diving 1-7 Awards cover seven levels of progressive diving skills, starting at complete beginner and taking the diver through to club level skills. The Awards have been developed in consultation with British Diving, pool operators, diving clubs and a number of diving experts and coaches. They seek to align all coaching across the country to ensure consistency of delivery. This gives divers progressing through to the talent pathway a defined level and quality of skills.

Emphasis is placed on diver experience with a smooth progression of skills. Children receive a badge and certificate on completing each Award.
